Pit Cruiser PU Design

Consider the Pit Cruiser the big brother of the Slot Machine. Added volume and width make it ideal for larger surfers or as Carl likes to say “age-appropriate” riders. High-performance nonetheless, with a little extra volume.

Fins are positioned close to the tails and a squashed tail allows you to ride hard and launch yourself from grunty waves.

About Carl Schaper

With decades of experience in the shaping bay, Carl Schaper belongs to the higher echelon of shaper royalty on Oahu. Knowing a thing or two about high-performance surfing, Carl builds boards for some of the very best surfers out there, including a longboard 2x World Champion pipeline charger, and industry legend Garrett McNamara (Guinness Book of record for the biggest wave ever ridden).

Fin setup

Available with FTU fin boxes (compatible with FUTURES fins), Pit Cruisers are pure thrusters and fins are not included.
