Description
The Vivace and its double dihedral design ensures exceptional stability, minimising blade flutter for a smooth and efficient power stroke, allowing for a sustained and higher cadence! Engineered to meet the demands of competitive racers and avid tourers, the Vivace series comes in different sizes and shaft diameters (full dimensions available below). This line-up of six different models caters to paddlers of various strengths and preferences.
Every stroke with an NSP Vivace delivers increased torque, translating to greater power and improved acceleration. Particularly advantageous in challenging conditions where maintaining efficiency is crucial.

RDM or regular shaft?
NSP paddle shafts come with a standard diameter of 29mm, which we have found to be the perfect fit for most paddlers, by a very large margin. These standard-diameter paddles will work in all paddling conditions that you can participate in.
At the same time, we recognise that there are enough paddlers who prefer a reduced diameter though, which is why we created the Reduced-Diameter (RDM) shaft.
Designed with the same strength- and flexing characteristics as the 29mm version, the 26mm shaft is perfect for kids, women, or athletes with smaller hands.
When handling carbon high-performance products, NSP recommends the use of appropriately padded bags.
How to cut a carbon paddle
Finding out the perfect length and cutting your high-performance carbon fiber paddle shaft to length can be slightly daunting the first time, which is why there is a detailed blog for paddlers looking to learn more about cutting and glueing their paddle themselves. We also edited a basic video you can view on your phone while you cut your shaft to length.
